The Associate of Arts with a major in Health Services Administration program provides instruction in basic health services administration skills. Students in this program will acquire the computer skills and software applications necessary to prosper in a business environment. This program of study will prepare students for entry-level employment positions such as: physicians' office managers, assistant managers of physicians' offices, supervisors in health care organizations, and other related administrative assignments in the health services environment. This program will enhance employment and promotion potential in health services organizations and industries and transfer to 4-year degree programs.
